Terms and conditions: 1.All sessions are to be 3 hours of tuition duration. A short break is recommended and is not included in the cost of lessons. 2.The course must be completed within 10 weeks, although you have the option to have more than one session per week at no extra cost. 3. I reserve the right to refuse the use of the driving school car if I consider you are not fit to drive for any reason. In the event of me exercising this right, you will still be liable for the full session costs. 4. 2 clear days cancellation notice is required by both parties. a) If you fail to give 2 clear days notice of cancellation, you will still be liable to pay the full session costs. b) If I fail to give 2 clear days notice, I will credit you the 3 hours back AND provide an additional free session. 5. a) I reserve the right to refuse the use of the driving school car for test purposes if I consider you are not ready for test. you will be liable to pay for the loss of any test fees that may result. (I will endeavour to provide adequate notice of 5 days so that this does not occur). b) I reserve the right to refuse the use of the driving school car, even as late as arriving at the test centre on test day if I consider you are not test ready for any reason, and especially on the grounds of Health and Safety. 6. All lessons over 30 hours will be charged at the reduced rate of just £18.00 per hour, except where a test attempt has been unsuccesful in which case a further reduction to £15.00 per hour shall apply. 7. If a test is taken and passed within the 30 hours when using my school car, a refund of untaken lesson hours will be credited back to you at the pro rata rate of £18.00 per hour. 8. if I consider you are ready for test before the 30 hours is completed and it results in a fail, then all further lesson hours will be charged at the reduced rate of £15.00 per hour. 9. This offer is subject to availability and suitability. I reserve the right to refuse to offer this course to anyone. 10. Once I have offered this course, It's terms and conditions shall be binding. 11. this offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers and is non transferable. 12. Clients under the age of 18 are subject to parental/guardian consent. 13. Course fees are payable prior to commencement of the first session, except where the conditions of condition 14 is met. Payment is by cash or cheque only. 14. Course costs may be staggered into 3 payments, subject to prior agreement. This is not a credit agreement, and all 3 payments shall be payable as follows: i) First payment of £260 is payable prior to commencement of the first session. ii) Second payment of £200 shall be payable on or before the second session. iii Third and final payment of £200 shall be payable on or before the fith session. 15.Any additional lessons refered to in condition 6 shall be liable on or before commencement of that session. 16. Failure to make any of the payments on time refered to in conditions 13,14 or 15 shall be breach of this agreement and shall result in immediate termination of the course. Any test booked shall be cancelled and any test fees refunded back to me. All promises made on my behalf will no longer be binding. |
